Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No card, no trial countdown. Stay on it as long as it works for you — upgrade only when you need more clients, storage, or Remi.

What is Remi?

Remi is the AI notetaker that joins your meetings, records them, and turns them into a transcript, summary, and extracted requirements.

Does Free really include any AI notetaking?

Yes — every Free workspace gets 1 hour of Remi recording time, once, to see what it does. After that hour is used, Remi stays off until you upgrade to Solo or Agency Pro.

Does Solo really include any AI notetaking?

Yes — every Solo workspace gets 5 hours of Remi recording time, once, to try before deciding if you need Agency Pro. That is the 10 meetings on the Solo card, at a typical 30 minutes each — the pool is measured in recorded time, so shorter calls go further and longer ones use more. After it is used, Remi stays off until you upgrade.

Can I add teammates on Solo?

Solo is built for one person. Once you need to invite a teammate, upgrade to Agency Pro, which includes unlimited team members.

Can I remove the "Powered by Rileno" branding?

On Agency Pro, yes — your client portal and public booking pages show your own branding with no Rileno mention. Free and Solo keep the footer.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your workspace moves back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — everything you already have stays visible, editable and exportable. If you're over a Free-plan limit (say, 12 clients on a plan capped at 5), you just can't add anything new in that category until you're back under the cap or upgrade again.

Do my clients need to pay?

No. Client portal access is included on every plan, and your clients never need an account of their own beyond their portal login.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, in either direction. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
